- <b>ABSTRAK</b> Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kelayakan implementasi sistem kogenerasi khususnya di gedung Rumah Sakit Kanker Dharmais yang memungkinkan menggantikan seluruh suplai kebutuhan energi listrik dan energi termal, dimana pada kondisi sekarang kebutuhan energi listrik disuplai oleh PLN sedangkan kebutuhan energi termal seluruhnya disuplai dari hasil pembakaran bahan bakar solar jenis HSD oleh boiler. Hasil analisis perhitungan teknis maupun ekonomis dari sistem kogenerasi yang akan diimplementasikan tersebut, akan diuji sensitivitas untuk tingkat pengembalian dan jangka waktu pengembalian modal investasi terhadap dampak kenaikan harga bahan bakar gas, tarif listrik serta besarnya investasi. <hr> <i><b>ABSTRACT</b> This study was conducted to understand the feasibility of implementing the cogeneration system in the building especially Dharmais Cancer Hospital that allows to replace the entire supply of electricity consumption and thermal energy, which at the present consumption energy is supplied by PLN and all thermal energy demand is supplied from the combustion of diesel fuel by boiler. The results of analysis calculations of technical and economic of the cogeneration system, will be tested the sensitivity of internal rate of return and payback period of investment to the impact of escalation gas price, electricity tariff and capital cost.</i>
