Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa tingkat penggunaan dari jaringan WAN di PT XYZ, sebuah produsen produk-produk kimia kebutuhan rumah tangga yang kemudian dibandingkan dengan kebutuhan minimum dari kapasitas jaringan WAN itu sendiri dengan memandang aspek-aspek yang mempengaruhi sesuai dengan ITIL - Capacity Management. Penghitungan dilakukan berdasarkan rekomendasi dari vendor aplikasi masing-masing (SAP dan Microsoft), dan kesepakatan dengan bisnis. Capacity Plan yang dihasilkan oleh penelitian ini dapat dijadikan awal mula untuk penerapan proses Pengelolaan Kapasitas. &lt;hr&gt; Managing capacity of an organization is an activity which often underestimated and done improperly. The purpose of this research is to analyze usage level of WAN capacity within PT XYZ, a manufacturer of household chemicals, to compare against minimum requirement of WAN Capacity itself. This is done by considering the influence aspects in accordance with ITIL - Capacity Management. The bandwidth measurement is based on vendor`s recommendation of each applications (SAP and Microsoft), and also by an agreement with The Business. The Capacity Plan which is the outcome of this research can be used as reference for the company as a starting point to implement Capacity Management Process.</description><identifier>https://lib.ui.ac.id/detail?id=126369</identifier><recordID>126369</recordID></dc>
