- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang membuat para karyawan di Jakarta mau mengeluarkan shodaqoh, dengan berdasarkan theory of planned behavior. Pada penelitian ini ditambahkan faktor religius sebagai faktor yang kental dalam kehidupan masyarat di Indonesia. Kemudian niatan tersebut dihubungkan dengan kemauan para karyawan untuk menyalurkannya ke badan sosial resmi. Dengan menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) dari AMOS untuk mengolah data yang menghasilkan hubungan antara faktor-faktor attitude, perceived behavior control dan subjective norm dengan niatan untuk berzakat infaq dan shodaqoh. <hr>This research performs to measurement of factors that influence employee at Jakarta to pay charity Shodaqoh, according to the Theory of Planned Behavior. Religious factor is added in this research, as Islam is a part of Indonesian culture. Intention is also connected to give the charity to the Social Institution in Indonesia. With the SEM (structural Equation Modeling) of AMOS to running the data that resulted connection between attitude, perceived behavior control and subjective norm to the intention to pay shodaqoh.
