Hal ini disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor, salah satunya dalam proses pembuatan pola berdasarkan pengamatan di CV. Ravabia Kreasi Nusantara. Permasalahan ini dikarenakan dalam proses pembuatan pola kurang memperhatikan titik-titik penting. Berdasarkan permasalaham tersebut didapat solusi dengan perbaikan pola untuk membuat sepatu yang lebih berkualitas dan diterima oleh konsumen. Materi yang diamati adalah proses pembuatan sepatu chukka boot khususnya pada bagian pembuatan pola. Karya akhir ini bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi pada bagian pola chukka boot di CV. Ravabia Kreaasi Nusantara. Metode pengambilan data adalah pengamatan, wawancara, dokumentasi, kepustakaan dan praktek kerja langsung. Analisa data dengan cara membuat trial. Hasil dari pemecahan masalah dapat disimpulkan bahwa pola yang sudah ada tidak memperhatikan titik-titik penting. Dengan memperhatikan standar ukuran dan ketentuan dari titik-titik penting, yakni titik O (Derby) dan titik V (Vamp) untuk membuat pola chukka boot dengan penggunaan teknik spring agar didapat komponen vamp yang utuh. Dari trial-trial yang telah dilakukan dapat diketahui penggunaan metode yang tepat yakni dengan menurunkan titik V 7 mm dan menurunkan titik O 10 mm, sepatu chukka boot tidak ada lagi kerutan yang terdapat pada komponen vamp. Wrinkling may occur in the manufacture of shoes. This is caused by several factors, one of which is in the process of making patterns based on observations on CV. Ravabia Nusantara Creations. This is because the problems in the process of making patterns less important points. Based on the obtained solutions with permasalaham repair patterns to make shoes that are more qualified and accepted by consumers. The observed material is the process of making shoes chukka boot especially in the manufacture of patterns. This final paper aims to provide a solution on the part of the pattern of the chukka boot on CV Ravabia Kreaasi Nusantara. Data retrieval method is observation, interviewing, documentation, libraries and work practices. Analysis of data by way of making trial. The result of problem solving can be concluded that the existing pattern of not paying attention to important points. Having regard to the standard size and provision of essential points, namely the point O (Derby) and point V (Vamp) to make the pattern of the chukka boot with the use of the technique of spring so that the vamp obtainable components intact.
