- PT. Primarindo Asia Infrastructure, Tbk, merupakan perusahaan yang memproduksi sepatu yang kemudian diberi nama merek Tomkins dengan berbagai model, pada perusahaan ini memiliki masalah terhadap kualitas yang ada, ditemukan masih terdapat produk yang cacat. Kecacatan yang terjadi dalam sepatu merek Tomkins model The Oath berbeda-beda antara lainnya adalah cacat upper, lasting miring, keriput, outsole dan lain-lain. Kecacatan yang paling dominan terjadi yaitu cacat upper dengan persentase 0,74%, lasting miring 1,04% dan Keriput 1,24%. Pada pelaksanaan magang ini menggunakan penyelesaian masalah dengan diagram fishbone. Hasil yang didapat adalah jenis kecacatan sepatu model The Oath adalah cacat upper, lasting miring dan outsole. Faktor-faktor penyebab kecacatan adalah dilihat dari segi manusia disebabkan menurunnya konsentrasi dan kelelahan, dari segi bahan baku karena penyimpanan kotor untuk material, dari segi mesin disebabkan mesin kurang pemeliharaan. Usulan perbaikan adalah membuat rancangan penjadwalan untuk perawatan mesin, membuat attention point sebagai pengingat bagi operator sebelum atau sedang melakukan pekerjaan. PT. Primarindo Asia Infrastructure, Tbk, is a company that manufactures shoes that are then given the Tomkins brand name by a variety of models, but this company has a problem with the existing quality, found that there are still defective products. Errors that occur with the Tomkins shoe model The Oath, among other things, top, oblique, wrinkled, outsoles and other imperfections. The most common defects are top defects with a percentage of 0.74%, a permanent tilt of 1.04% and wrinkles of 1.24%. Use fishbone diagrams to solve this lesson. The results obtained are The Oath model of handicapped shoes has upper, persistent oblique and outsole defects. Factors that cause disability are seen with respect to people due to lack of engine maintenance due to lower concentration and fatigue, in terms of raw materials due to dirty storage of material, in relation to machinery. The proposed improvement is to create a machine maintenance planning design to alert the operator before or during work.
