Putri Riwaru Jaya, Serang, Banten, Jawa Barat. Bertujuan untuk mengetahui kecacatan yang terjadi pada insole. Merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pembuatan insole. Insole merupakan bagian alas kaki yang melindungi telapak kaki dan terletak diantara midsole dan outsole..Insole yang dibuat terjadi kecacatan yaitu cacat lecet, cacat pecah, dan cacat kain terlepas. Cacat lecet yang timbul adalah berupa goresan / scratch pada bagian pinggir insole, cacat pecah adalah cacat yang timbul dibagian permukaan, cacat kain terlepas adalah kain yang terlepas pada permukaan insole. Faktor timbul nya cacat lecet , cacat pecah dan cacat kain terlepas dapat di cari dengan diagram fishbone yang meliputi faktor material, mesin, manusia, metode. Bahan baku pembuatan insole ini adalah EVA (Ethylen-Vinyl Acetate) dengan metode pembuatan menggunakan mesin cold press moulding. Cara mengatasi ketiga cacat tersebut dengan cara menjaga mould / cetakan tetap bersih dan baik keadaannya, mengatasi cacat pecah dengan cara mengoptimalkan suhu pada oven 160o C, mengatasi cacat kain terlepas dengan cara mengulas kembali dengan adhesive dan di laminasi kembali.&#xD; The Internship activity was conducted on 23nd March to 17nd May 2019 at PT. Putri Rwiaru Jaya, Serang, Banten, Jawa Barat. Aim to find out the disability that occurs in the insole. Is a company engaged in the manufacture of insole. The insole is a part of footwear that protects the sole and is located between the midsole and outsole. The insole that is made is defective ie blemishes, broken defects, and fabric defects regardless. Blisters that arise are in the form of scratches on the edge of the insole, broken defects are defects that arise on the surface, the defect of the detached cloth is a cloth that is released on the surface of the insole. Factors arising from abrasions, broken defects and fabric defects regardless can be searched with fishbone diagrams which include material, machine, human, method. The raw material for making this insole is EVA (Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate) with the method of making using a cold-press molding machine.
