Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah pengumpulan data primer dan pengumpulan data sekunder. Metode yang digunakan untuk pemecahan masalah adalah metode A3. Hasil dari pengamatan dan pengolahan data dapat disimpulkan bahwa dalam mengatasi jahitan strobel yang tidak sesuai standar New Balance dapat dilakukan dengan cara pemberian instruksi, komunikasi yang jelas pada setiap department yang terlibat serta perubahan metode cutting dies yang digunakan dan metode perakitan yang diterapkan. Usulan perbaikan tersebut dapat mencapai target dari produksi.&#xD; This final project analyzes strobel stitch that is not in accordance with the New Balance standard which causes the production does not reach the target. The method used in data collection is primary data collection and secondary data collection. The method used for problem solving is the A3 method. The results can be concluded that in dealing with strobel stitches which are not suitable with New Balance standards can be done by giving instructions, clear communication in each departments that involved as well as the changes in the cutting dies method used and the assembly method applied.
