- Abstract : The title of this is The Enhancement Of Learning Acttivities Using Experiments Natural Sciences Subject (Ipa) For Fifth Grade At Negeri 42 Pontianak Kota. The purpose of this research is to describe the Enhancement of stundents learning activities using experiment menthod in the natural scients subject (IPA) for fifth grade at SD NEGERI 42 Pontianak Kota. The research is menthod which is used is descriptive menthod with action researh. The subject in this research is the students of fifth grande D which is consist 43 students. The technolgy of this researh is direct observation and measrument. The tools of the research is observation paper and the questionnaire. This research is done in 2 sicluses. The result of the research is shown that using the experiment method can increase the students activities learning mentally or physically. Key words : The enhancement , learning activities , experiment method . Abstrak: Judul Penelitian ini adalah Peningkatan Aktivitas Belajar Menggunakan Metode Eksperimen Pada Pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam Di Kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri 42 Pontianak Kota. Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan aktivitas belajar siswa dengan menggunakan metode eksperimen pada pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam di Kelas V D Sekolah Dasar Negeri 42 Pontianak Kota. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VD yang berjumlah 43 orang. Teknik pengumpul data dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknik observasi langsung dan teknik pengukuran. Sedangkan alat pengumpul data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar observasi dan butir soal. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 2 siklus. Hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa dengan menggunakan metode eksperiman dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa, baik secara fisik, emntal Kata Kunci: Peningkatan, Aktivitas Belajar, Metode Eksperimen.
