- Abstrak: Masalah penelitian ini adalah bagaimana proses penerapan model pembelajaran tutor sebaya dalam meningkatkan keterampilan membaca not angka menggunakan alat musik rekorder pada siswa kelas VII G SMP Negeri 15 Pontianak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan proses dan peningkatan penerapan model pembelajaran tutor sebaya dalam meningkatkan keterampilan membaca not angka menggunakan alat musik rekorder pada siswa kelas VII G SMP Negeri 15 Pontianak.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus. Hasil penelitian tes keterampilan siswa membaca not angka pada siklus I didapatkan data ketuntasan nilai keterampilan siswa dalam membaca not angka rata-rata 66,45. Pada siklus II hasil tes siswa mengalami peningkatan dengan nilai rata-rata 75,62. Pengunaan rekorder sopran dapat meningkatkan keterampilan membaca not angka pada pembelajaran seni musik siswa kelas VII G SMP Negeri 15 Pontianak. Kata kunci: Tutor sebaya, not angka. Abstract: The problem of this research is how the process of implementing the learning modelof peer tutoring to improve reading skills not figure using a musical instrument recorder in class VIIG SMP Negeri15 Pontianak. The purpose of this study is to describe the process and increase the application of peer tutors learning modelto improvesight reading skills using a number of musical instruments recorder inclass VIIG SMP Negeri15 Pontianak. This study was conducted in two cycles. The results of the study tests the skills of students to read music figures in the first cycle of completeness of data obtained value reading skills of students in the average rate of 66.45. In the second cycletest results of students has increased by an average value of 75.62. Use of so prano recorder canim prove reading skills not figure in learning the art of music students of class VII G SMP 15 Pontianak. Keywords: PeerTutor, not numbers.
