MENINGKATKAN AKTIVITAS DAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA MELALUI NUMBERED HEADS TOGETHER BERBANTUAN KARTU SOAL HIDROKARBON

  • Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa kelas X SMA Katolik Talino Sungai Ambawang pada materi hidrokarbon melalui model kooperatif tipe Numbered Heads Togather (NHT) berbantuan kartu soal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 27 siswa kelas X. Instrumen penelitian adalah lembar observasi dan tes hasil belajar digunakan selama dua siklus. Aktivitas yang diamati pada penelitian ini meliputi visual activities, oral activities dan writing activity. Siklus I untuk visual activities sebesar 74,04%, oral activities sebesar 61,72%, dan writing activity sebesar 85,18%. Pada siklus II untuk visual activities sebesar 81,48%, oral activities sebesar 67,90% dan writing activity sebesar 92,59%. Hasil belajar pada siklus I sebesar 77,77% dan siklus II sebesar 85,18%. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya peningkatan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa. Kata kunci : Numbered Heads Together, Kartu Soal, Hidrokarbon Abstract: The aims of this research were to improve tenth grade students of SMA Katolik Talino Sungai Ambawang activity and learning outcome by using cooperative learning Numbered Heads Together (NHT) supported by questions card media in hydrocarbon learning material. The method of this research was Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subject of this research was 27 students in tenth grade. The instruments of this research were observation worksheet and students test result that were conducted during two cycles. The activities in the research were visual activities, oral activities, and writing activities. The activities of first cycle were visual activities (74,04%), oral activities (61,72%), and writing activity (85,18%). The activities of second cycle were visual activities (81,48%), oral activities (67,90%), and writing activity (92,59%). The percentage of students learning outcome in first cycle was 77,77%. The percentage of students learning outcome in second cycle was 85,18%. The result of this research proved that there was improvement in students’ activities and learning outcome.
