- Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine how the perception of studenttoward the learning process of physical education in the district SMPN samalantanBengkayang regency. Result of the study showed an average score of the learningprocess of physical education and sport in the students’ perception of healty byfollowing the teaching and learning activities in class VIII in the district SMPNSamalantan Bengkayang district is 51,61 with the percentage rate 88,98%. As for thelearning process is based on the perception of physical education student inparticipating in the teaching and learning activities is influenced by several indicators,among other: the average indicator of the initial activity level of 17,80 with 89.00%presentage. Average core activity indicator is the percentage rate of 21,22 to 88,42%.And the average closing activity indicator is the percentage rate of 12,59 to 89,93%.Based on the results that the learning process of physical education and sport in thestudents perceptions of health by following the teaching and learning activities inclass VIII in SMPN Samalantan bengkayang districts classified as high calcification.Keywords: perceptions of student, physical educations learning processAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana persepsi siswa-siswiterhadap proses pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani di SMPN Se-KecamatanSamalantan Kabupaten bengkayang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan rata-rata skorProses Pembelajaran Pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan kesehatan berdasarkanpersepsi siswa dalam mengikuti kegiatan belajar mengajar pada kelas VIII di SMPNKecamatan Samalantan Kabupaten Bengkayang adalah 51,61 dengan tingkatpersentase sebesar 88.98%. Adapun Proses Pembelajaran Pendidikan jasmaniberdasarkan persepsi siswa dalam mengikuti kegiatan belajar mengajar tersebutdipengaruhi oleh beberapa indikator antara lain: rata-rata indikator kegiatan awaladalah 17,80 dengan tingkat persentase sebesar 89,00% %. Rata-rata indikatorkegiatan inti adalah 21,22 dengan tingkat persentase sebesar 88,42%. Dan rata-rataindikator kegiatan penutup adalah 12,59 dengan tingkat persentase sebesar 89,93%.Berdasarkan hasil tersebut bahwa Proses Pembelajaran Pendidikan jasmani olahragadan kesehatan berdasarkan persepsi siswa dalam mengikuti kegiatan belajar mengajarpada kelas VIII di SMPN Kecamatan Samalantan Kabupaten Bengkayang tergolongdalam klasifikasi tinggiKata kunci : Persepsi siswa, proses pembelajaran penjaskes
