PENINGKATAN AKTIVITAS MURID DALAM PEMBELAJARAN IPS MENGGUNAKAN METODE INKUIRI DI KELAS II SEKOLAH DASAR

- Abstrak : Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah “Bagaimanakah peningkatan aktivitas murid dalam pembelajaran ilmu pengetahuan sosial menggunakan metode inkuiri di SD 03 Lumar Bengkayang?”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas fisik, aktivitas mental, dan aktivitas emosional dalam pembelajaran IPS. Peneliti menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian tindakan kelas dan bersifat kolaborasi dengan teman sejawat. Setting penelitian didalam kelas dengan subjek penelitian adalah guru dan murid yang berjumlah 23 murid, 10 murid laki-laki dan 13 murid perempuan. Setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi langsung dan alat pengumpulan data. Hasil tindakan yang diperoleh adalah: 1.Murid mengalami peningkatan aktivitas fisik dari Pra-Tindakan ke siklus III sebesar 68,12% dengan kategori ”tinggi”. 2. Murid mengalami peningkatan aktivitas mental dari Pra-Tindakan ke siklus III sebesar 70,71% dengan kategori ”tinggi”. 3. Murid mengalami peningkatan aktivitas emosional dari Pra-Tindakan ke siklus III sebesar 60,88% dengan kategori ”tinggi”. Kata kunci: Peningkatan Aktivitas, Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial dan Metode Inkuiri Abstract : The problem in this research is “How myrid increased activity in learning to use social science inquiri method in SD 03 Lumar Bengkayang?” . The purpose of the study to increase physical activity , mental activity and emotional activity . Researchers used the descriptive method and form of action research is a collaboration with colleagues . Setting the subject of research in the classroom with the teacher and student research is numbering 23 students , 10 boys and 13 girls . Each cycle consists of planning , implementation , direct observation and data collection tools . Action results obtained are as follows : 1.Murid that increased physical activity from Pre - Actions to third cycle is 68.12 % with the "high" category . 2 . Pupil who has increased mental activity from the Pre - Actions and the third cycle an increase of 70.71 % with the "high" category . 3 . Disciple emotional activity from Pre - Actions and the third cycle increase of 60.88 % with the "high" category . Keywords : Improvement Activities , Social Sciences and Methods of Inquiry
