PENINGKATAN AKTIVITAS BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK MELALUI PENDEKATAN DISCOVERY PADA ILMU PENGETAHUAN ALAM KELAS V

- Abstrak : Dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, aktivitas peserta didik sangat berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar yang dicapai. Agar kegiatan pembelajaran berjalan aktiv, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan discovery.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian yakni diskriptif dalam bentuk penelitian tindakan kelas. Dari hasil analisis data didapatkan bahwa Penggunaan pendekatan discovery dalam pembelajaran IPA dapat meningkatkan : ( a ) kemampuan guru dalam menyusun Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran yaitu Siklus I diperoleh skor rata-rata 2,86 dan persentase sebesar 71,43%. Siklus II meningkat menjadi skor total 46, rata-rata 3,29, dan persentase 82,14%. ( b ) kemampuan guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran (implementasi RPP), yaitu siklus I diperoleh skor rata-rata 2,8 dan persentase yaitu 70%. Meningkat di siklus II yaitu skor rata-rata 3,8 dan persentase sebesar 95%. ( c ) aktivitas fisik peserta didik, yaitu siklus I 37,70 %, siklus II 53,36 %. Peningkatan aktivitas peserta didik sebesar 15,66 %. ( d ) aktivitas mental peserta didik, yaitu siklus I 32, 94 %, siklus II 59, 51 %. Peningkatan aktivitas mental peserta didik sebesar 26,57 %. ( e ) aktivitas emosional peserta didik, yaitu siklus I sebesar 35, 58 %, siklus II 55, 87 %. Peningkatakan aktivitas peserta didik sebesar 20, 29 %. Kata Kunci: Aktivitas, Pendekatan discovery, Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam. Abstract : In the course of learning, student activity affects the learning outcomes achieved. In order for learning activities goes inactive, the researchers use a discovery approach. The research method used in this researsh is desciptive research in the froom of class room action research. From the analysis of the data showed that the use of discovery in science learning approach can improve : ( a) the abylity of the teacher in preapering lesson plan is the result of the first cycle obtained score the average value of 2.86 and a percentage of 71.43 %. Cycle II increased to scorean average of 3.29, and the percentage of 82.14 %. ( b ) the ability of teacher to implement learning ( implementation RRP ) , which is the cycle I gained an average score of 2.8 , and the percentage is 70 % . Increased in the second cycle is an average score of 3.8 and a percentage of 95% . ( c ) physical activity learner , is 37.70 % first cycle , the second cycle of 53.36 % . Increased activity of learner by 15.66 % . ( d ) the ,emtal activity of the learner , the first cycle 32 , 94 % ,59 second cycle , 51 % . Increased mental activity of learner bye 26.57 % .
