- The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of theChase Package C program through the Bubor Paddas CommunityLearning Activity Center, Sui Wie Village, Singkawang City. Thisresearch uses a case study method with a qualitative approach. Datacollection techniques in this study using observation, interviews, anddocumentation. The informants in this study amounted to 4 people,consisting of 3 tutors and 1 manager. The results of this studyindicate that planning is good for tutors before doing learning, it isrequired to have a plan such as lesson plans, so that theimplementation of the package C pursuit program goes wellaccording to what has been planned by the administrator, althoughthere are several obstacles, the first is the lack of facilities andinfrastructure.
