- AbstractThis researh study aims to determine the planning, implementation, implementation results, and obstacles experienced by guidance counseling teachers in carrying out home visit activities at SMA Santun Untan Pontianak during the covid-19 pandemic. The research method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The data sources of this research are teachers, student friends, parents, and students who often do not follow (absence) for 3 times in a row without explanation, and the data is through interviews with students or with research sources. Through evaluation activities, teachers can see how well students understand the material presented and know what tasks have been done by students. The guidance counseling teacher will ask parents about students' problems and difficulties, such as children not doing assignments or having incomplete assignments. The guidance counseling teacher will inform parents about it. The results of this study indicate that the Home Visit Service in Optimizing Learning Outcomes by Guidance and Counseling Teachers at SMA Santun Untan Pontianak During the Covid-19 Pandemic is going well despite the shortcomings experienced by researchers.Keywords: Home visit, covid 19 pandemic, learning outcomes.
