- Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kontribusi Keterampilan Komunikasi dan Pengambilan Keputusan Kepala Sekolah terhadap Motivasi Kerja Guru di SMAN jalur Lintas Malindo Kabupaten Sanggau Propinsi Kalimantan Barat. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan angket. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1) Kontribusi Keterampilan Komunikasi Kepala Sekolah (X1) terhadap Motivasi Kerja Guru (Y) adalah 54,5%; (2) Kontribusi Keterampilan Pengambilan Keputusan Kepala Sekolah (X2) terhadap Motivasi Kerja Guru (Y) adalah 45,7%; (3) Kontribusi Keterampilan Komunikasi (X1) dan Pengambilan Keputusan Kepala Sekolah (X2) secara simultan terhadap Motivasi Kerja Guru (Y) adalah 57,3%. Hal ini berarti bahwa Keterampilan Komunikasi dan Pengambilan Keputusan Kepala Sekolah berkontribusi positif dan signifikan terhadap Motivasi kerja Guru di SMAN jalur lintas Malindo Kabupaten Sanggau Propinsi Kalimantan Barat. Kata Kunci: Komunikasi, Pengambilan Keputusan, Kepala Sekolah, Motivasi Kerja Guru Abstract: This Research aim to to know how big Contribution Skill of Communications and Decision Making of Headmaster to Work Motivation of Teacher in SMAN band Pass By Lintas Malindo Sub-Province of Sanggau Province of Kalimantan Barat. This Research done with quantitative approach by using enquette. Accurate variable in this research cover Skill of Communications Headmaster (X1), Skill of Decision Making of Headmaster (X2), and Work Motivation of Teacher (Y). Result of which obtained in this research is: (1) Contribution Skill of Communications Headmaster (X1) to Work Motivation of Teacher (Y) is 54,5%; (2) Contribution Skill Of Decision Making Of Headmaster (X2) to Work Motivation of Teacher (Y) is 45,7%; (3) Contribution Skill of Communications (X1) and Decision Making Of Headmaster (X2) by simultan to Work Motivation of Teacher (Y) is 57,3%. Matter this means that Skill of Communications and Decision Making Of Headmaster have positive contribution and signifikan to Work Motivation of Teacher in SMAN band pass by lintas Malindo Sub-Province of Sanggau Province of Kalimantan Kalimantan Barat.
