- AbstractThis final project entitled the influence of infrastructure and facilities on the performance employee library at Dinas Perpustakaan Kota Pontianak. Problem investigated in this research is an influance from facilities and infrastructure on the performance of library employees. Thus, the purpose of research is to know the influence of infrastructure and facilities on the performance of library employees. The method in the research is a quantitative research method using descriptive analysis and simple regression analysis to 24 respondents who is an employee of the library. Research data taken from the contents of the questionnaire processed using the SPPS Statistics 25. Results that obtained in the study showed there are significant and positive influence between infrastructure and facilities on performance of library employee with a very strong pearson correlation value of 0,837. Or, the result of hypothesis testing can be seen the significance value is 0,000 < 0,05 then, Ho is reject and Ha is accept.Keywords: facilities and infrastructure, employee performance, library
