- AbstractThis study aims to determine how the implementation of career guidance services in classXll Senior High School Negeri 1 Mempawah. The form of research uses a study survey, thesample in this study is class XII science and social studies students totaling 70 students, thesample was taken using random sampling, the research method used was descriptive datacollection is an indirect communication technique using a questionnaire distributed via agoogle link form, data analysis using percentage correction. The results showed that theforms of career guidance services obtained results of 75.08% in the good category, thematerial for career guidance services obtained results of 81.74% in the good category, themethod of career guidance services obtained results of 78.57% in the good category, mediacareer guidance services obtained results of 73.57% in the good category, the obstaclesfaced by Guidance and Counseling Teachers in career guidance services obtained results of76.92% included in the good category. Based on the description above, in general, careerguidance services have been successfully carried out for class XII students of SMA Negeri 1Mempawah for the 2020/2021 Academic Year.Keywords: Career Guidance Services
