- AbstractThis research aims to determine how religious tolerance among students of class XI IIS SMA Cooperative Pontianak. The research method used is descriptive in the form of qualitative research. The results of this study indicate that tolerance in religious freedom has been carried out well by students of Class XI IIS SMA Cooperative Pontianak as evidenced by the existence of religious activities carried out in the school environment and outside the school. The students of Class XI IIS Cooperative Pontianak are free to carry out their religious worship activities comfortably without any interference from anyone and no one forces them to worship outside of their religious principles. Meanwhile, tolerance in respecting other religions among students of Class XI IIS SMA Cooperative Pontianak has been implemented well as evidenced by the existence of mutual tolerance between students in carrying out religious teachings. Students establish good friendships with friends of different religions and they remind each other to carry out their respective worship activities, so there has been no conflict in the name of religion that has occurred at the Pontianak Cooperative High School.Keyword: Tolerance, Religion, Students.
