- AbstractThis study aims to describe the completeness and suitability of the components of thethematic learning implementation plan by referring to the regulation of the ministerof education and culture number 22 of 2016 concerning the standard of primary andsecondary education processes. The research method used is a descriptive methodwith a qualitative research form. The source of the data for this research is the fifthgrade teacher at the 42 Pontianak City Elementary School. The data of this researchare in the form of a thematic learning implementation plan document as well as theresults of interviews in the process of preparing learning implementation plans withClass V Teachers at 42 Pontianak City Elementary Schools. The results of thedescription indicate that the completeness and suitability of the components of thelearning implementation plan made by the teacher are not fully complete and are inaccordance with the regulation of the minister of education number 22 of 2016concerning process standards.Keywords: description, implementation plan, thematic learning.
