- AbstractThe purpose of this study is to describe the role of teachers to increase interest in learning during the Covid-19 pandemic in children aged 5-6 in Toba District, Sanggau Regency.. The research method used is a descriptive method in the form qualitative research. The subjects in this study were class zero (0) teacher in each PAUD in Toba District, Sanggau Regency. The location of this research is Early Childhood Education in Toba District. The results showed that the role of the teacher to increase children’s learning interest during the Covid-19 pandemic, Toba Distric, Sanggau Regency, namely: 1. The teacher’s role as a supervisor is to guide children in learning activities both in class and at home, teachers usually guide children in completing learning, the teacher guides children individually and the teacher invites parents to participate in guiding children 2. The teacher’s role as a supervisor is to provide motivation in the form of advice and encouragement to children 3. The teacher’s role as facilitator is to provide interesting learning media facilities for children with the aim that children are not easily bored..Keywords: Teacher’s Role ,Improvement ,Interest In Learning ,And Pandemi
