- AbstractThis study aims to obtain information about the provision of remedial by teacher in classX accounting subjects at SMK Negeri 1 Pontianak. The research method used isdescriptive in the form of qualitative research. The data source of this research is theaccounting teacher of class X and the data is a list of mid-semester test scores forstudents of class X Accounting 2 and the results of interviews with accounting teachersand students of class X Accounting 2. The results showed that after the initialidentification there were two factors that could affect the learning process internalfactors can be in the form of different levels of intelligence and learning motivation ofstudents while external factors are the family environment of students. In theimplementation of remedial learning the teacher gives back the previous test questionsand assignments to focus the unfinished grades, remedial implementation is carried outduring class hours. The lesson planning carried out by the teacher is very good. Theteacher prepares materials and questions according to the level of difficulty experiencedby students. Students whose grades have passed the Value Completeness Criteria aregiven enrichment questions to deepen the material that has been studied.Keywords: Remedial Giving, Accounting Lessons.
