- AbstractThis study aims to analyze student learning outcomes assessment strategiescarried out by teachers during the pandemic. The method used in this study is aqualitative descriptive method. The subjects in this study were low grade teachersIIIA and high grade teachers VB. Sources of data in this study using the results ofinterviews and documentation with the teacher. The results of this study indicatethat the assessment strategy carried out by each teacher goes through 4 stages,namely the preparation stage, assessment, assessment technique, form ofassessment and implementation of the assessment. Thus, it can be concluded thatthe obstacles faced by teachers during the COVID-19 pandemic can be overcomeby updating the assessment strategy by conditioning the current situation. Theassessments made by teachers during the COVID-19 pandemic did not affectstudent learning outcomes.Keywords: analysis, appraisal strategy, student learning outcomes
