  • AbstractThis research aims to describe the supporting factors and inhibiting factors ofimplementation online learning during the covid-19 pandemic for teachers in schools thebase of the mujahidin Pontianak. The research method used is the method descriptive withthe form of qualitative research. The data sources of this research are This research is thesixth grade teacher of the Pontianak Mujahidin Elementary School. Technique Datacollection used is semi-structured interviews. Analysis data presented from the results ofinterviews which are then interpreted using the Miles and Huberman model. There aresupporting factors and barriers to the implementation of online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic for teachers at Pontianak mujahidin elementary schools are supporting factorssuch as: adequate infrastructure, availability of learning media, availability of onlinelearning applications, learning video training activities, guidance of fellow teachers in usinginformation technology, the existence of parental support, inhibiting factors such as limitedstudent facilities, teacher limitations in using information technology, lack of parental rolein supervising their children when following online learning, student discipline, low interestand motivation student learning, internet signal instability when learning online, limited timein delivering the material.Keywords: Analysis, Supporting Factors and Inhibiting Factors, During the Covid-19Pandemic.
