- AbstractThere is various self-perceptions that arise in students both positive and negative negative so that it can be concluded that self-perception can be defined as individual assessment of his abilities so that a student is able to organize and carry out the necessary actions to achieve the level of desired ability. The method used in this research is descriptive method in the form of survey study research and approach quantitative. A sample of 31 students. This research uses the technique of indirect data collection by using a questionnaire. Analysis technique The data was carried out statistically by using the percentage formula. Problem general in this study is "How is the self-perception of students" class IX SMP Negeri 23 Pontianak". With the following sub problems: (1) How is self-introspection in class IX students of SMP Negeri 23? Pontianak. (2) How is the observation of the participants' own behavior? class IX student of SMP Negeri 23 Pontianak (3) How is the influence of good people? others in class IX students of SMP Negeri 23 Pontianak (4) How? memory (past memory) of class IX students of SMP Negeri 23 Pontianak. Based on the results of data analysis on the self-perception of students of SMP Negeri 23 Pontianak as a whole reached 79.87% in the "High" category, about self-introspection in class IX students of SMP Negeri 23 Pontianak in detail overall reached 81.02% in the “Very High” category, Observations on the selfbehavior of class IX students of SMP Negeri 23 Pontianak overall reached 69.65% with the category "High Enough", Influence both other people in class IX students of SMP Negeri 23 Pontianak personally overall reached 83.50% with the category "Very High", and Memory autobiographical memory (past memory) in class IX students of SMP Negeri 23 Pontianak as a whole reached 83.38% with the category "Very" Tall".Keywords: Self Perception, Survey Study, Self Introspection, Observation of Self Behavior
