- AbstractThe research objective was to describe the influence of the principal's learning leadershipand communication on the work motivation of teachers in the SMP Negeri, Teluk KeramatDistrict, Sambas Regency. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach. Testdata analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) ver.25 test validity,reliability, data normality, data linearity, correlation test, hypothesis testing techniques,multiple linear regression, t test, and test f. Hypothesis testing discussion. The results ofresearch at SMP Negeri Teluk Keramat District Sambas Regency. 35 people (56.5%) hadfemale,teacher age of 51-60 years (67.7%),47 people have an undergraduate educationbackground,teacher work 11-20 years (44.4%). The conclusion of the learning leadershipand principal communication based on the results of the calculations carried out alreadyhas sufficient criteria.Keywoords: Learning Leadership, Principal Communication, Motivation
