  • Abstract The role of sociology teachers in managing student learning behavior in the learning process is not optimal. This research was conducted to find out how the role of sociology teacher as a facilitator in managing student learning behavior in the sociology learning process, how the role of sociology teacher as a motivator in managing student learning behavior in the sociology learning process, how is the role of sociology teacher as evaluator in managing student learning behavior in the process sociology learning. The form of research used in this study was qualitative research with descriptive research methods. The results of this study are that the role of sociology teachers in managing student learning behavior in the sociology learning process is not optimal because there are several indicators that have not run well as the teacher has not provided varied media / learning methods, students have not been active in learning and many students have not been able to obtain grades above KKM.
