- AbstractThis research describes the traditional tools in the scope of kitchen tools and agricultural equipment used by the Dayak Kanayatn community located in Lingga Village, Ambawang River District, Kubu Raya District. A common problem in this research is the Traditional Device Station of Dayak Kanayatn Village Lingga Village Ambawang River District Kubu Raya Regency. The general problem is divided into four subproblems namely the form of lingual unit, the component of meaning, the lexical meaning, and the cultural meaning. This research purpose to describe the form of lingual unit, the component of meaning, the lexical meaning, and the cultural meaning found in the traditional tools. This research was conducted by using descriptive method with qualitative form. Methods of data collection using skill method and method scrutinize. This research succeeded in collecting 60 terminology data. Of the 60 data terminology 34 data terminology kitchen tool and 26 data terminology of agricultural equipment. The study also produced 60 lexical and 17 cultural meanings based on the community's belief in Lingga Village. This cultural meaning is divided into 12 taboos contained in the data terminology of kitchen tools and 5 data contained in the data terminology of agricultural equipment.
