- Abstract: This study aims to: (1) Find an overview of the Climate Organization and Leadership Principal at high schools in Landak District, (2) Find an overview of the achievement motivation of teachers high schools in Landak District, and (3) Finding an idea of the influence of Climate society together and Leadership Principal against SMA Achievement Motivation teachers in Landak District. The method used in this study is a description method by using the approach of multiple regression analysis using three (3) variables consisting of two independent variables (exogenous) ie Organizational Climate (X1) and Leadership Principal (X2), as well as the dependent variable (endogenous) that Teacher Achievement Motivation (Y). The instrument used to collect data in the form of a questionnaire.The research found that: (1) Organizational Climate influence on Achievement Motivation Master sig 0.331; (2) Leadership Principle influence on Achievement Motivation teachers high schools in Landak District sig .440; (3) Climate Organization and Leadership Principal significant effect on Achievement Motivation Master SMA in Landak District 0.506 or 50.6% of the remaining amount of 0.494 or 49.4% is the influence of the other factors that are not included in this study. Key Word: Organizational Climate, Leadership Principal and Teacher Achievement Motivation.
