  • Abstract This research was qualitative research by using multiple regression analysis. This research is conducted at Junior High School in Sub-distrinct Teluk Keramat Regency Sambas. By distributing quistioneres to 124 as the respondents. Based on analysis showed the influence was strong by together between academic supervision and transformational leadership toward teacher’s work effectiveness amount 0,516. This case showed that independent variable donation that was academic supervision (X1) and transformational leadership (X2) amount 51,6 % toward teacher’s work effectiveness (Y). Or academic supervision variable (X1) and transformational leadership (X2) gave donation amount 51,6 % in affected teacher’s work effectiveness (Y), the rest was affected by other elements which was not put in this research. Based on research finding, so it is suggested to Junior High School’s headmaster which in Sub-distrinct Teluk Keramat to more increased academic supervision implementation and applied transformational leadership optimally Keywords: Academic Supervision, Headmaster’s, Teacher’s Work Efectiveness.
