  • Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the learning outcome ran 40 meters to approach playing the fifth grade students of SD Negeri 4 Nanga Koman. Forms of research is classroom action research. The subject of this research is to collaborate with student teachers SD Negeri 4 Nanga Koman as many as 24 student. Lessons run 40m by playing extremely rare in implementing shaky teachers provide convenience to the students to always be active and brave movement fled from the swing arms, the position of the feet and body while moving it easy and fun give a new atmosphere that has never been done before, the positive impact of such students do not experience fear, feel good and appropriate to the capabilities of the students , the decision value at start prasiklus, the first cycle (17 students) and cycle II (24 students) have increased systematically.
