- Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan tipe make a match pada pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri 24 Pontianak Tenggara. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Eksperimen dengan bentuk penelitian yaitu Quasi Experimental Design (eksperimen semu) dan bentuk desain eksperimen Non Equivalent Control Group Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V yang berjumlah 57 siswa, terdiri dari 29 siswa pada kelas kontrol dan 28 siswa pada kelas eksperimen. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V. Instrument penelitian yang digunakan adalah hasil belajar siswa berupa tes pilihan ganda sebanyak 40 soal. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah teknik pengukuran. Hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan t-test diperoleh (5,89) > (1,6743), Dari hasil perhitungan effect size diperoleh sebesar 1,08. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penerapan tipe make a match terhadap hasil belajar siswa pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial kelas V. This study was aimed to analyze the effect of Make a Match Learning Model toward the students’ learning outcomes in Social Sciences Subjects to the fifth grade students of SD 24 Pontianak Tenggara. The method used was an experimental method, while the design used was quasi-experimental with Non-equivalent Control Group Design. The populations in this study were 57 students of the fifth grade, consisted of 29 students in the control group and 28 students in the experimental group. Samples in this study were all students of the fifth grade. The research instrument was learning test outcomes in form of 40 multiple choice questions. Data collection techniques used in this study was the measurement technique. The Hypothesis test results using t-test obtained t-observed (5.89)> t-table (1.6743), with the effect size obtained by 1.08. It can be concluded that there are a significant effect in the application of Make a Match Learning Model toward students’ learning outcomes in Social Sciences Subjects to the fifth grade students.
