PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA MENGGUNAKAN METODE KERJA KELOMPOK DALAM PEMBELAJARAN IPA DI SEKOLAH DASAR

- Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penggunaan metode kerja kelompok dalam pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa di kelas IV SDN 09 Gonis Tekam Kecamatan Sekadau Hilir Kabupaten Sekadau. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Hasil penelitian pada siklus I dan siklus II menunjukkan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini terbukti dari hasil belajar siswa kelas IV dalam pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA) tes akhir siklus I dengan nilai rata-rata kelas 79,35 dan meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 84,51. Dengan ketuntasan belajar 74% pada siklus I dan 90% pada siklus II. Kata Kunci: Metode Kerja Kelompok, Pembelajaran IPA. Abstract: The research was aimed to describe the application of group discussion method in science learning to improve the fourth grade students’ achievement of SDN 09 Gonis Tekam Kecamatan Sekadau Hilir Kabupaten Sekadau.The research method used was descriptive method with the research design of classroom action research (CAR). The result of the research in the first cycle and the second cycle showed the improvement of students’ achievement. This was proved from the fourth students’ achievement in science learning which the mean score of the final test in the first cycle was 79,35 and improved on the second cycle became 84,51, with the learning completeness of 74% on the first cycle and 90% on the second cycle.
