- Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penggunaan metode inkuiri terhadap keterampilan proses sains siswa pada pembelajaran IPA kelas V SDN 03 Rasau Jaya. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif, bentuk penelitian yaitu penelitian tindakan kelas, sifat penelitian kolaboratif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Guru (peneliti) dan 27 siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan sebanyak 3 siklus. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh meliputi keterampilan mengamati siklus I yaitu 61,11% siklus II 74,07% dan siklus III 90,72%. Keterampilan melakukan percobaan siklus I yaitu 61,11%, siklus II 81,48% dan siklus III 90,74%. Keterampilan mengkomunikasikan siklus I yaitu 68,52%, siklus II 79,62% dan siklus III 88,89%. Keterampilan menyimpulkan siklus I yaitu 61,10%, siklus II 77,78% dan siklus III 87,03%. Kata kunci: Keterampilan Proses Sains, Metode Inkuiri, IPA Abstract: The purpose of this research is to describe the use of inquiry method in student’s science skill process in science subject using inquiry method in grade fifth SDN 03 Rasau Jaya. Method that used in this research is descriptive method, the form of the research is classroom action research, with collaborative characteristic. The subject of this research is the teacher (researcher) and 27 students. This research was using three cycle. The result of the research is include observation skill in cycle I is 61,11 %, in cycle II 74,07%, and in cycle III 90,72% . Experiment skill in cycle I is 61,11%, in cycle II 81,48%, and in cycle III 90,74%. Communication skill in cycle I is 68,52%, cycle II 79,62%, and cycle III 88,89%.
