- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat efektifitas penggunaan Google Form pada Penilaian Akhir Tahun (PAT) tahun pelajaran 2019/2020 berbasis online oleh siswa di SMKN 1 Tembuku. Siswa diminta untuk memberikan tanggapan berupa jawab quiz secara online menggunakan smartphone atau laptop yang dimiliki oleh siswa yang terkoneksi internet. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif untuk menggambarkan tingkat efektifitas penggunaan aplikasi Google Form dalam pelaksanaan PAT Berbasis Online di SMKN 1 Tembuku. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui aplikasi Google Form dengan 130 responden dari beberapa kelas, menggunakan skala likert dengan lima skala. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar peserta didik suka penggunaan Google Form dengan rata-rata skor sebesar 70,26 dengan kategori sangat tinggi sebesar 68,46% dan kategori sedang sebesar dan 23,85%, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan aplikasi Google Form sangat efektif digunakan dalam pelaksanaan PAT Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020 di SMKN 1 Tembuku. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of google forms in the Final Year Assessment in academic year 2019/2020 based online by students at SMKN 1 Tembuku. In research, students are asked to provide responses in the form of online quiz using smartphones or laptops owned by students who are connected to the internet. This research uses descriptive qualitative method to describe the effectiveness of use of the Google Form application in implementing PAT Based Online at SMKN 1 Tembuku. Data collected using the Google Form application with totaled 130 respondents in several classes with variables using a Likert scale with five scales. The results of this study indicate that most students like the use of Google Form with an online questionnaire with an average score of 70.26 with a very high category of 68.46% and a moderate category of and 23.85%. So it can be concluded that the use of the Google Form application is very effective to be used in the implementation of PAT 2019/2020 Academic Year at SMKN 1 Tembuku.
