  • Efektivitas terkait reaksi peserta diklat setelah mengikuti kegiatan dan mengetahui ketercapaian peserta diklat baik dalam aspek sikap, pengetahuan dan keterampilan menjadi point penting sebagai tolak ukur dalam kesuksesan pelaksanaan diklat dan penentuan kebijakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi pelaksanaan Diklat Teknis Substantif Penyusunan Bahan Ajar di Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Flores Timur. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuisioner dan Studi Dokumentasi. Pengukuran Evaluasi pendidikan dan pelatihan menggunakan pengukuran Level 1 dan 2 berdasarkan teori Kirk Patrick yaitu reaksi atau tanggapan, Pembelajaran (Learning). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Penyusunan Bahan Ajar di Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Flores Timur Tahun 2019 yang dilaksanakan di MTsN 1 Flores timur dari tanggal 11 sampai dengan 16 November Tahun 2019 telah terlaksana dan berhasil diselesaikan dengan kategori Baik dengan pencapaian keberhasilan efektivitas 89,18%. Setelah mengikuti pelatihan diharapkan adanya peningkatan kualitas kinerja yang berdampak positif terhadap proses pembelajaran dan peningkatan kualitas lembaga. The effectiveness of the training participants reactions after participating training activity and knowing the training participants' achievements in terms of attitudes, knowledge and skills are important points as benchmarks to get successful implementation of the training and policy determination. This study purposed to determine the evaluation of the implementation of Substantive Technical Training for the Preparation of Teaching Resources at Ministry of Religion of East Flores. This research used descriptive quantitative method with data collection techniques through questionnaires and documentation studies. Measurement of the effectiveness of education and training program used Level 1 and 2, measurements based on Kirk Patrick's theory, namely reactions or responses and Learning. It can be concluded that the Education and Training program of Arrangement Teaching Resources at Ministry of Religion at East Flores Regency in 2019 which was held at MTsN 1 East Flores from 11 to 16 November 2019 has been held in ‘Good’ category with the achievement of effectiveness 89.18%. After attending the training program, it is expected that there will be an increase quality of performance which will have a positive impact on the learning process and increase quality of institution.
