  • Teaching materials is a very important learning resource in implementing the teaching and learning activities in the classroom. According BSNP, good teaching materials are instructional materials that include the 4 components of the feasibility are feasibility of  the content, presentation feasibility, feasibility of language and feasibility of graph. The purpose of this study was to determine the materials used by the teacher in class XI IPS accounting  SMAN 1 Cerme Gresik, the reason for the use of materials and feasibilityof materials used. Type of research is a descriptive research. The  technical of file collection include interviews, questionnaires study of material experts and documentation. The results obtained are teachers use instructional materials such as books and student activity sheets. Teachers use the instructional materials for the teaching material has been adapted to the unit level education curriculum, including SK and KD are used, use simple language and accompanied. The review of instructional materials exhibit both decent materials used in the learning process of accounting.   Keywords: Bahan Ajar, Buku, Lembar Kegiatan Siswa
