- The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of participation to satisfaction of users, and whether top management support become moderator variable in the relationship between user participation and user satisfaction in the information system development. Hypothesis investigation based on 42 respondents who are main employee of PT PLN (Persero) UPK JJB II Region Jatim. Method used to investigate the impact of user participation and user satisfaction is simple linier regression, and to investigate top management support become moderator to relationship between user participation and user satisfaction used residual test. The result of the analysis indicated that first, user participation has a positive impact to user satisfaction in development system. Second, top management support become moderator to relationship between user participation and user satisfaction in the information system development.
