  • The problem in this research is that school did not recognize if it has implemented the learning organization to achieve school effectiveness. This research aims to describe and explain the implementation of learning organization towards the school effectiveness. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection was done through interview, observation and documentation. Data analysis is done by using data reduction, data display and verification. The data source consists of principal, teachers, staf administration, school committee and parents. The focus in this study is descriptive study implementation learning organization to achieve effectiveness school, with subfocus (1) implementation of personal mastery to achieve school effectiveness, (2) implementation of thinking system to achieve school effectiveness, (3) implementation of mental models to achieve school effectiveness, (4) implementation of shared vision to achieve school effectiveness, (5) implementation of team learning to achieve school effectiveness. The result of this research is implementation of learning organization affects school effectiveness.Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah sekolah tidak mengetahui jika sudah menerapkan learning organization untuk mencapai sekolah efektif. Penelitian bertujuan mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan implementasi learning organization untuk mencapai sekolah efektif. Metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dimulai dari reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Sumber data: kepala sekolah, pendidik, staf tata usaha, komite dan orang tua peserta didk. Fokus dalam penelitian ini ialah studi deskriptif implementasi learning organization untuk mencapai sekolah efektif di SD Negeri 2 Perumnas Way Halim Bandar Lampung, dengan sub fokus penelitian: (1) implementasi personal mastery untuk mencapai sekolah efektif, (2) implementasi system thinking untuk mencapai sekolah efektif, (3) implementasi mental models untuk mencapai sekolah efektif, (4) implementasi shared vision untuk mencapai sekolah efektif, (5) implementasi team learning untuk mencapai sekolah efektif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Implementasi Learning Organization mempengaruhi tercapainya sekolah efektif di SD Negeri 2 Perumnas Way Halim. Kata kunci:learning organization, sekolah efektif
