  • Research problem of low learning result of student of class IV SD Negeri 8 Metro Timur. The purpose of this research was to determine the significant influence on the application of cooperative learning model type picture and picture to learning out comes. This type of research is experimental research. The research design used is non-equivalent control group design. The study population amounted to 50 students. The sample was determined using purposive sampling with 25 students. Instruments research used questionnaire and test. The data analysis technique used the test statistic t-test sparated varians. The results of research showed that are influence cooperative learning model type picture and picture to learning results of students with tcount 2,611> ttable 2,000 (with α = 0,05). Masalah penelitian rendahnya hasil belajar peserta didik kelas IV SD Negeri 8 Metro Timur. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui pengaruh yang signifikan penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe picture and picture terhadap hasil belajar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen. Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu non-equivalent control group design. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 50 peserta didik. Sampel penelitian ditentukan menggunakan sampling purposive dengan jumlah 25 peserta didik. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan angket dan soal tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji statistik t-test sparated varians. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan model kooperatif tipe picture and picture terhadap hasil belajar siswa dengan thitung 2,611> ttabel 2,000 (dengan α = 0,05).
