- The problem in this research is thematic learning outcomes students are still low. The purpose of this research was to find out whether there is influence of the application cooperative learning model of type picture and picture toward the thematic learning outcomes. Method used is an experiment that is pre-experimental design with type design one group pretest – posttest design. The population of this research is the grade IV SDN 2 Bulok Kec. Kalianda as much as 53 students, with sample class IVA is as much as 28 students. The techniques collecting data through the test and documentation. Data were analyzed using the t test that is t-test dan paired sampel t-test. The results of research obtained that there are differences in thematic learning outcomes students before and after applying the cooperative model of type picture and picture. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah hasil belajar tematik peserta didik masih rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe picture and picture terhadap hasil belajar tematik. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen yaitu pre-eksperimental design dengan jenis desain one group pretest-posttest design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas IV SDN 2 Bulok Kec. Kalianda sebanyak 53 peserta didik, dengan sampel adalah kelas IVA sebanyak 28 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui tes dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji t yaitu t-test dan paired sampel t-test. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar tematik peserta didik sebelum dan sesudah menerapkan model kooperatif tipe picture and picture.
