- The purpose of research was to know the extent to which a significant relationship between the professionalism of teachers with student' mathematic learning outcomes class IV SD Negeri 10 Metro Timur. The type of research was ex-postfacto correlation. Population of this study amounted to 42 students class IV SD Negeri 10 Metro Timur. Samples were taken on non probability technique. The data collection techniques used questionnare and documentation. The data analysis used was Product Moment Correlation. The result showed that there was a significant relation of professionalism with student' mathematic learning outcomes class IV SD Negeri 10 Metro Timur. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui sejauh manakah hubungan yang signifikan antara profesionalisme guru dengan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 10 Metro Timur. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian ex-post facto korelasi. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 42 orang siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 10 Metro Timur. Sampel diambil berdasarkan teknik Nonprobability. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner (angket) dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara profesionalisme guru dengan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 10 Metro Timur. Kata kunci: profesionalisme guru, hasil belajar, matematika.
