- AbstractThe purpose of this research is to analyze how influence on partial anddominant test of Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Debt ToEquity Ratio (DER) and Earning Per Share (EPS) to stock price on companieslisted in LQ 45 indeks.The population in this research is all companies listed in LQ 45 indexperiod 2012 to 2016. Sample selection using purposive sampling method. Basedon the criteria obtained 23 companies. The method used is multiple linearregression analysis with hypothesis testing using t test.The results of this research indicate that the unanswered H1 which statesthat Return On Assets (ROA) effect on stock prices. This is because the variableROA experiencing multicollinearity problems and forced to be excluded from thestudy. Return On Equity (ROE) did not have significant influence to the stockprice and negative influence. Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) had significantinfluence to the stock price and negative influence. Earning Per Share (EPS) hadsignificant influence to the stock price and posituve influence.
