  • Abstract This study is entitled Service Quality, Promotion and Merchandise Against Purchasing Decisions (Study of Ramayana Department Store Consumer Malang). This study raises the issue of how the Effect of Service Quality, Promotion and Merchandise on Purchasing Decisions. The purpose of this study was to determine how the Effect of Service Quality, Promotion and Merchandise Against Purchasing Decisions. This type of research used is to use quantitative methods. The analytical tool used is Accidental Sampling. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded as follows: 1) Service Quality influences the Purchasing Decision on Ramayana Department Store Malang consumers. 2) Promotion influences Purchasing Decisions on Ramayana Department Stores Malang consumers. 3) Merchandise affects Purchasing Decisions on Ramayana Department Store Malang consumers. 4) Service Quality, Promotion and Merchandise simultaneously affect the Purchasing Decision on the Ramayana Department Store Malang consumers.
