- ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine and analyze how the influence of organizational culture, communication and compensation on employee performance simultaneously or partially on employee performance at the Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) Pakis. The population and sample used are all employees of KUD Pakis, amounting to 42 people. Methods of collecting data using questionnaires or through questionnaires. Data analysis in this study using SPSS version 14.0. Data testing techniques used in this research include instrument testing, normality test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and research hypothesis testThe results of the analysis of this research indicate that partial shows that organizational culture and communication have a significant influence on employee performance, while compensation does not have a significant effect on employee performance. simultaneously the results of the analysis indicate that organizational culture, communication and compensation have a significant influence on employee performance.Keywords: Organizational Culture, Communication, Compensation and employee performance
