- ABSTRACT Thestudy aims to examine and analyze the Effect of Labor Discipline, Working Environment and Organizational Commitment on the Performance of Employees Sub-District Office Lowokwaru, Malang. This study is about partially and simultaneously.Population of this study is 33 employees and all taken as samples. To collect the data of this study, researcher used questionnaires. Data analysis in this study used SPSS version 16. The technique sampling uses quantitative methods. In this study, the techniques testing included validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and testing the research hypothesis. The results of the analysis showed that partially and simultaneously labor discipline; working environment and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees Sub-District Office Lowokwaru, Malang. Keywords: Work Discipline, Work Environment, Organizational Commitment, and Employee Performance.
