- Abstract This research was conducted to determine the effect of Occupational Safety and Health on Employee Performance at PT PG Rajawali I PG Krebet Baru. This study uses explanatory research with a quantitative approach. By using purposive sampling obtained a number of 55 respondents. The data analysis used in this research is validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and analysis of the coefficient of determination with the help of SPSS 22.0. The results of the study prove that work safety has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and occupational health has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
