- ABSTRACT This research was conducted with some purposes: 1) To know and analyze the impact of Net Profit Margin (NPM) towards stock price on food and beverage company. 2) to know and analyze the impact of Return on Assets (ROA) towards stock price on food and beverage company. 3) to know and analyze the impact of Return on Equity (ROE) towards stock price on food and beverage company. The population of this study was the entire food and beverage companies which registered in Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) during the period 2014 to 2016 with amount of 18 companies. Based on the specified criteria there are 13 companies which can be used as sample. The analysis that is used in this study was the multiple linier regression analysis. Based on the result analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that: 1) Net Profit Margin (NPM) was influential to the stock price of Food and Beverages companies which registered in Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). It can be said that Net Profit Margin (NPM) had significant positive impact to the stock price. 2) Return On Asset (ROA) had not significant negative impact to the stock price of food and beverage company which registered in Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). It can be assumed that Return On Asset (ROA) did not affected to the stock price. 3) Return On Equity (ROE) was significant positive impact on stock price on food and beverage company which registered in Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI).
