  • ABSTRACTThis study aims to find out information about the performance, leadership and organizational culture on the performance of the employees of the sub-district office in babulu distric Penajam Paser Utara, East Kalimantan.This type of this research is explanatory research. Respondents in this research are all employees of Babulu District Office in Penajam Paser Utara with 39 employees. The data method used are by distributing questionnaires and documentation. The data was analyzed by using instrument test, validity test of reliability test, normality test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis test.Based on the results of this research, it can be conclude that in partial leadership variable, there is a significant influence toward employee performance, but there is no significant influence in work motivation and corporate culture of employee performance. Furthermore, in simultaneously work motivation, leadership and corporate culture, is showed that there is asignificant influence toward employee performance.Keywords: motivation, leadership, organizational culture, performance, employees.
