- This research aims to determine the implementation and obstacles of tour leader whentour. The study was used qualitative metode with discriptif approach to describe thereal condition by collecting the information data in the field. The informan key inresearch were 1(one) chief executive officer who doubles as a tour leader and 1(one)tour leader. The technique collecting the data in the research used vation, interview,and documentation. Based on the result of the research, can be known the execution ofthe task tour leader at Urbanitas Tour & Travel has done its job well. But still there arecomplains from costumers.Key Words : Implementation, task, tour leader.
